Startup Spreadsheets


When starting up a business you need to know if you have enough funding in place to cover your initial costs. You also need to know the amount of sales you need to cover your running costs and achieve a profit.This template lets you enter those costs and the funding you intend to use to cover those costs. Then you can see where any shortfall may occur.

Budget Spreadsheets


This template contains templates for an annual budget as well as a monthly budget. It also includes a template for calculating sales and gross profit based on production volume.


This is a 12 month cashflow that can help you to see whether your monthly income is enough to meet your expenses.

Financial Performance Measurement Spreadsheets


A simple monthly profit and loss statement that allows you to monitor your monthly profit.


Enter your current sales and cost of sales. Then see the effect that changing volume of sales and margin will have on your profitability.This template will also let you enter your stock, debtors and creditors and the number of days that cashflow is locked up in them. Then consider how you could improve that lock-up time and see how much cashflow could be released.


This is for you to compare actual sales against budget for each month over a 12 month period.


Enter your total monthly sales each month and this template will build a chart showing you actual and average sales for the last 12 months, as well as the preceding 12 months.
